Sky Broadband Outages: Sky Broadband and Netflix down. At the same time, frustrated Netflix users have also reported that the streaming service is down.
According to tracking site Downdetector, more than 1,700 complaints were submitted to Netflix this evening.

Statistics show that 45% of affected users are experiencing issues with the Netflix app, while 31% have issues with server connections and 24% with video streaming.
Meanwhile, 98% of Sky’s complaints were about internet, with 1% reporting TV issues and 1% experiencing complete blackouts.
Angry Sky customers have taken to Twitter to share their disappointment.
One Twitter user: “The night before I officially left for school, my internet was turned off. Several hours of restless TV watching. Sky apologized to me.”
Another addition: “LG Disney+ app keeps buffering and crashing. Sky TV works fine on Disney+ app.“

Another somin said, “Sky WiFi is off and trying to find something to watch without catching or streaming services is hard work, you might need to be real old school and watch DVDs at that rate, live TV.” But nothing is good!”
While someone tried to trace the issue to Sky by tweeting: “The Sky Help team has been running for over an hour trying to reach technical support, the online service sends me to an engineer after following all the steps.” Will not allow to book, what is going on in Akash??
The official Sky Help Twitter has confirmed that some users in Brighton and Hove will be experiencing problems with its service tonight.
He tweeted: “NEW: Brighton & Hove area.
“Customers may not be able to connect to the Internet or make/receive calls. You can stay updated on the My Sky app and check service status here.”
However, Sky customers have reported outages in other regions as well.
One Twitter user said: “SkyHelpTeam has been without internet for hours now (south wales) and most of the UK are having problems with the looks of it even with sky internet..again?!”

Another report said: “There is no broadband in the sky in Cardiff.”
Someone tweeted: “I’m in the West Midlands, I don’t have broadband but according to the broadband test in the sky I have a good signal…”
Another user said: “When will broadband fix in the sky? It’s broken in Kent.”
Sky and Netflix have been contacted for comment.
According to DownDetector, a website that provides a real-time overview of issues and outages of all kinds, more than 2,300 people reported having issues with Sky Internet by 9.45am.
According to the website’s statistics, 98% of people with Sky service have problems with the internet, 1% have TV issues and 1% are in the middle of a complete internet outage.
People have taken to social media to share their disappointment about the lack of internet.
One person wrote: “Sky wifi down for me ffs.”
Another added: “Sky’s down across South Wales by the looks of it!!”
“I think a large chunk of Sky broadband in the South East is down. I’m glad it’s not my job to sort that out,” a third wrote.
Former Big Brother presenter Davina McCall even appears to be one of those affected.
